While we work tirelessly to bring you the best application we can, issues are sadly bound to occur.
Some problems occur because of a conflict between Dashlane and another application or extension running on your machine, some occur in very specific circumstances, and others occasionally affect many of our users.
When you run into a problem, it's always a good idea to check the following items:
- Review our minimum requirements to ensure you're running the latest available version.
- Install any necessary updates.
- Check out the Troubleshooting section, which includes help for your most common issues.
- Check out the Current known issues section. We're likely to be working on the problem you've encountered. If we can, we'll provide workarounds until the issues are fixed. Thank you for your patience!

We temporarily removed the U2F feature on iOS while we're fixing some other issues. We're actively working to bring it back as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, to log in, you can use 2FA codes from the authenticator app you used to set up the feature.
