- Select the Help button at the bottom right of any page on the Dashlane Customer Support website, including this one. The Dashlane chatbot opens.
- In the chatbot pop-up, select Get in touch.
- Select Live chat. This option only appears Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
- Enter your name and email address, and Support type—Personal or Business. Write a brief description of the problem you're having. Then select Start chat.
