Over the last several years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to providing increased value to individuals and organizations who rely on us to protect their digital experiences.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our offerings, we’re updating our plan pricing and pricing structure for our Dashlane personal plans for all new and existing customers. The pricing changes will be applied to several countries for our web and mobile apps. The new pricing will be updated progressively across all platforms.

Although we haven’t updated the pricing of our personal plans in several years, over this period, we've continually innovated, leading the password manager market with features that you can continue to enjoy:
- Passkeys
- Passwordless login for your Dashlane account
- Phishing alerts
- VPN for Premium customers and Friends & Family admin
- 1GB encrypted document storage
We’re also changing the pricing structure for all our Dashlane personal plans. We’re moving from a monthly subscription model to offering only an annual subscription. Annual subscriptions cost an average of 20% less, so you’ll streamline your subscription and save money.

If you've paid for Dashlane with a credit card, you don't need to do anything else. For PayPal and mobile stores, you can buy a new annual plan on our website or through your mobile store.
Depending on how you paid for Dashlane, you might need to subscribe to a new plan before the next renewal date. The days left on your monthly plan will be added to the annual plan. So, the time between the email announcement and the renewal being stopped will never be lost, even if you purchase the annual plan well in advance.
If you’re not sure where you paid for your subscription, you can check in the web app.
When will the pricing changes be enforced?
Starting March 27, 2024, customers will receive an email notice 30+ days before their renewal date. For example, if your renewal date is August 31, 2024, you’ll receive an email about the renewal and the new price 30+ days before.
If I want to change to the Dashlane Free plan, is my data affected?
Your data is safe, and all your existing logins remain in your vault. As a Dashlane Free user, you can save up to 25 logins in your vault. You can't add any new logins unless you upgrade or remove logins in your account to get below 25.
When you’re ready for unlimited logins across all your devices, you can seamlessly upgrade to one of our paid plans: Dashlane Premium or Dashlane Friends & Family.
