When you log in, Dashlane sends a verification code to the email address used to create the Dashlane account. If you've changed your account's contact email, Dashlane sends the code to that email address.
If you enabled 2-factor authentication (2FA) in Dashlane, your third-party authenticator app, such as Dashlane Authenticator or Authy, provides the 6-digit token. This app is likely installed on your smartphone.
Important: If you try to log in to your Dashlane account too many times using an invalid code, 6-digit token, or the wrong Master Password, Dashlane blocks your account for security reasons. If your account is blocked, contact Customer Support.
If you have trouble logging in because of an issue with the code or token, this interactive guide walks you through troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
