When logging in to your Dashlane account for the first time in any of our apps—web, Safari, iOS (Apple), or Android—enter the email address you used to create your Dashlane account. If the address is valid, Dashlane prompts you for a 6-digit security code or two-factor authentication code.
When you log in to your account on a new device, including a new browser, Dashlane requests a security code.
If you try to log in to your Dashlane account too many times using an invalid code or the wrong Master Password, your account will be blocked. If this occurs, contact Customer Support.
