Why is Password Changer not available to me?
Our completely refactored Password Changer is available in our web app, on our Safari app, and on iOS and Android. Password Changer won't be available within Firefox. This overhaul is a foundational first step to making it easier to update your passwords whenever you need to.
Does Password Changer work on sites protected by 2-factor authentication or security questions?
Yes. Dashlane automatically detects and prompts you to enter the 2-factor authentication token for that site or the answer to your security questions. None of this information is stored on Dashlane's servers.
Why is a "suspicious log-in attempt" displayed on a site after using Password Changer?
A "suspicious log-in attempt" notification may appear when signing in to a site after using Password Changer because your passwords are changed through our servers when using Password Changer. A site may detect that you're signing in from another location and display a warning. Password Changer uses our servers to connect to the sites and update your passwords there.
What can I do if one of my passwords doesn't work after using Password Changer?
