When you log in to a new site or change your password on a site, you should see a Dashlane pop-up asking you to save or to replace this password in Dashlane.
If you do not see this pop-up, then please keep reading this article.
Remember that you can check the list of generated passwords in Dashlane to find any passwords that weren't saved. Find out more about this here: Finding any password that Dashlane generated on a website.
If Dashlane is not correctly filling in the right info on a particular page (for example, there are no impala icons in the login fields), then please check this article instead: Dashlane does not fill a field on a specific website. How can I report this?
Why don't I get a pop-up asking me to save or replace my password on a specific site?
If you clicked on "Never again for this website" when asked whether you wanted to save your password in Dashlane any time in the past, then Dashlane will no longer prompt you to save or replace your password for this site. You need to open Dashlane and go to the Preferences menu (in the "Tools" menu on Windows and in the "Dashlane" menu on Mac) and then click on "Reset Website List" here. Then, Dashlane will prompt you to save or replace your password for all sites again.
Also, please check that the pop-up didn't appear behind your browser.
If you're still not seeing the save or replace pop-up after clicking here, please check this article to learn how to report a learning or filling issue on a Dashlane: Dashlane does not fill a field on a specific website. How can I report this?
