How to get a refund (30 Day Money Back Guarantee)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dashlane Premium account, which is why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on Dashlane Premium. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund your Premium subscription within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that a Premium subscription cannot be refunded if it was purchased or renewed more than 30 days ago.
Note that this guarantee does not apply to Dashlane Business plans. Business admins should contact our User Support directly.
You used your credit card directly in Dashlane or on our website
If you upgraded to Dashlane Premium within the last 30 days, please contact us directly to get a full refund. Make sure to provide us with the e-mail address you use to log in to Dashlane.
Your purchased Dashlane using PayPal on our website
If you purchased your Premium account using PayPal on our website, please contact us directly for any refund request within the first 30 days of the purchase date. Please mention the following in your help request:
- The email address you used to register for your Dashlane account
- Your PayPal transaction ID which is 17 characters, and can be found on the PayPal payment confirmation e-mail or receipt.
You purchased Dashlane on iTunes, the App Store, or the Mac App Store
Because payments made through iTunes, the App Store (for iOS devices), or the Mac App Store (for Mac OS X devices) are processed by Apple, we cannot refund you directly if you upgraded to Premium. They are not processed by our service, and we only receive the payment confirmation from Apple.
To directly ask for a refund from Apple, please open the iTunes receipt that was sent after purchasing the Premium subscription for Dashlane. Apple usually sends the receipt within one or two days.
On the receipt, click on the “Report a Problem” link in the "Item" column, right next to "Write a Review". Then, a new window will open. Ask for a refund to Apple there.

You purchased Dashlane on the Google Play Store
If you purchased your Premium account on the Google Play Store, contact us directly for any refund request within the first 30 days of the purchase date. In your help request, please mention the following:
- The registered e-mail address for your Dashlane account
- The log-in of the Google account used on your Android to access Google the Play Store
- The transaction ID which typically formatted like this GPA.1234-4567-8901-23456, or like this 12999763169054705758.1374858175324209
You purchased Dashlane on the Amazon Store
Because those payments are processed by Amazon, we cannot refund you directly if you upgraded to Premium on the Amazon Store. We cannot refund these payments directly because they are not processed by our services and we only receive the payment confirmation from Amazon.
To ask for a refund directly to Amazon, please log in to your Amazon account and ask for a refund for there.
