I cannot log in to the Web App. Why?
If you are using Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your main browser and cannot connect to the Web app, please contact us.
If you are using Internet Explorer as your main browser, you might need to check if you are not using the “Compatibility View”, which is a feature of Internet Explorer for sites that were not designed for these later versions of Internet Explorer.
You need to disable this option, otherwise you won't be able to log in to our Web app.
How to check your Internet Explorer settings
There are two things you need to check in Internet Explorer :
Click on the “Tools” icon and go to “Compatibility View settings”.
If you see dashlane.com in the list of "Websites you've added to Compatibility View", then you need to click on it and then click on "Remove".
