There are two ways you can purchase seats for your Dashlane Business account, either directly through your Admin Console, or else through the Dashlane website.
Remember that you may purchase seats at any point during your 30-day trial, after which your trial is considered over. Note also that if you cannot access the Admin Console because your trial has expired, please contact Support.
How to purchase seats through the Admin Console
Purchase seats without inviting a new user
Go to your Admin Console, and click on the Account tab. Then click on Buy more seats.
A pop-up will appear where you will select the number of seats you would like to purchase. You are shown the total cost per year for your account, in addition to the cost for the seats you wish to purchase. Click on Buy now to complete the purchase.
Purchase seats automatically when inviting new users
If you have used up the seats available on your account, you can also automatically purchase the seats you need when you invite new users.
If you still have unassigned seats, this information is indicated in green when you invite new team members to your account. Click here to learn more about the users import process.
However, if all your seats are used, you can invite additional users at any time, and you will be automatically charged for the additional seat.
As usual, the invited members will receive an email invitation to join your Dashlane Business account, and you can view their status on the Users tab.
How to purchase seats from the Dashlane website
Another way to purchase seats for a Dashlane Business account is through our website. This will allow you to skip the 30-day trial period and immediately buy seats for you and your team.
Once on the page, you will be asked to fill in your account's information such as the company name, number of seats you would like to purchase and your preferred payment method.
You may encounter an error during the purchase process if:
- You are already a part of a different Dashlane Business account. To fix this, ask your administrator to remove you or reach out to our support team.
- You have an automatic renewal for your personal Premium account through PayPal or the App Store. To fix this, disable automatic renewals.
If you don't belong to another Dashlane Business account or don't have automatic renewals on your personal Premium account, please contact our support team.
