How to access the Admin Console
The Admin Console allows admins of Dashlane Business accounts to manage their account, monitor their members' security scores, and to oversee their account's billing details. It also allows admins to add a billing contact who can view invoices and edit the payment method for an account.
In order to access the Admin Console from the web-app or the desktop app, please follow these steps:
(Please note that these options will only be available to you if you are a Dashlane Business admin or billing contact)
Accessing the Admin Console directly from the desktop app
Admins and billing contacts can access the Admin Console directly form their desktop app on both Mac and PC computers. Simply click on the lower left-hand corner of the app that says Dashlane Business. This will open a window, inviting you to visit the Admin Console.
By clicking on Visit the Admin Console, you will be directed to your Admin Console on your default browser.
Accessing the Admin Console through the web-app
You will need to provide the email address associated with your Dashlane account. If this is the first time you are accessing the web-app from your browser, you will need to authenticate yourself by entering your Master Password and the security code sent to your contact email address with Dashlane. After entering your Master Password, you will be logged in to the web-app.
To access the Admin Console after signing in to the web-app, click on "My account" in the lower left corner of the page, then on "Go to Admin Console".
Note that billing contacts can only access the My Account tab.
If you do not see the option to visit the Admin Console from the web-app or desktop app, please make sure you are logged in with the email address associated with your Dashlane Business account. Alternatively, check with your account admin to make sure you have not been revoked as the admin or billing contact.
