Spaces: Allow plan members to keep the logins and other data for your organization separate from personal logins and data.
Smart Space Management: Helps members automatically place items related to your organization in their Business Space. The admin defines Business Space items, including logins, using the relevant domains. Dashlane automatically moves logins matching the specified domain to the Business Space for all members. If your plan has the Remove company items for revoked users setting turned on, Dashlane automatically removes a member's Business Space items from their Dashlane account when the member is removed from the Starter, Team, or Business plan.

Group sharing: Allows plan members to share multiple logins and Secure Notes with multiple members efficiently. Onboarding members has never been easier or more secure. Admins can create groups based on the needs of their organization. After creation, both admins and members can share information with these groups.
Admin Console: Allows admins to monitor and manage members with ease and efficiency. With this tool, admins can create groups, manage Spaces, provision Dashlane accounts by adding and removing seats and members, and monitor billing and receipts. Admins can also check the Dashlane Password Health scores for passwords stored in the Business Space to see how many are safe, weak, reused, or compromised. A dynamic graph helps you track the changes over time for individual and overall plan scores.
Active Directory Integration: Help admins provision Starter, Team, or Business accounts to members in a simple, scalable way.
Admin-assisted recovery: Provides plan members with a secure way to regain access to their Dashlane accounts if they forget their Master Passwords. Our patented process preserves a zero-knowledge architecture while providing peace of mind.
Activity Logs: View all recent admin and member activity, such as inviting or revoking members and adding or deleting sharing groups. You can also view authentications on new devices and updates to Dashlane accounts' settings. Activating or deactivating 2FA methods are also listed here. Admins can export these logs to a CSV file to help them measure and diagnose password use at their organization. Admins can also approve or decline member admin-assisted recovery requests from this tab.
