Spaces on mobile Expand Sections

Starter, Team, and Business accounts have access to Spaces.

With Spaces, you can store your work and personal items separately for increased visibility and convenience. This article shows you how to assign Spaces to items on mobile.

Spaces on iOS

Move items between Spaces

To move logins, Secure Notes, means of payment, IDs, and personal information from one Space to another:

1. Select the item and scroll down to see the Space the item is currently assigned to.

2. Select the Space you want to move the item to.

Access different Spaces

To access different Spaces:

• From the Home tab, select the Space icon at the top of your screen to select the Space you want to display. If you want to combine all your items, select All Spaces.

Assign a new login to a Space

To assign this item to a Space:

1. When you create an item manually in the app, look for the Space icon at the bottom of the form. Scroll down if you don't see it immediately.
2. Select the Space you want to assign the item to.

Note: To change the Space for a Secure Note, save the Secure Note so the Space icon shows at the bottom right of the note. As with other items, select the Space you want to assign the item to.

2. To modify the item's Space, select the Space you want to move the item to.

• In the app menu, select the Space icon at the top left of your screen to select the Space you want to display. If you want to combine all your items, select All Spaces.
