You can install Dashlane on your Wear OS watch and use logins saved in Dashlane to access other apps. Before using Dashlane on your watch, you'll need to set up your Dashlane account on another device, like your computer or phone.
You can't create or save new logins in Dashlane on your watch. Also, not all apps currently let you log in on Wear OS using a credential manager like the Dashlane app. If you're having trouble logging in on Wear OS, check with the support team for the app you're trying to log in to.
Set up Dashlane on your Wear OS watch
- Install the Dashlane Android app from the Google Play Store on your Wear OS watch
- Log in to Dashlane on a different mobile device. You can use any Android or Apple phone or tablet. After logging in, select Settings and then Add new device. A camera opens.

On your Wear OS watch, open the Dashlane app and select Show QR code. Use the camera you opened on your phone or tablet to scan the QR code that appears on your watch.

You’ll see a screen with your Dashlane login email address and asking you to confirm you want to log in. Select the checkmark to log in to your account.
Note: If you’ve turned on 2-factor authentication (2FA), you’ll be asked to enter a 2FA token.

After logging in to Dashlane on your watch, you’ll see any passwords or passkeys you’ve already saved in Dashlane. Passkeys stored in your vault will be marked with an icon of a person and a key.
Important: Before logging in with logins saved in Dashlane on your Wear OS watch, you need to select Dashlane as your credential provider.
Select Dashlane as your credential provider on your Wear OS watch
To use Dashlane to log in to apps on your Wear OS watch, you need to select Dashlane as your preferred provider for passwords and passkeys in your watch settings.
- Open the Dashlane app on your Wear OS watch.
- Select My account at the top of the list of passwords and passkeys.
- Select Enable Dashlane as credential provider. If you don't see this option, Dashlane is already selected as your credential provider.

You’ll be taken to the Passwords and passkeys section of your watch settings. If you haven't already selected a provider, select Tap to change and then select Dashlane as your preferred service.
If Google is already listed as your preferred service, select Google password manager and then change your preferred service to Dashlane on the next screen.

Make sure you’re already logged in to Dashlane on your Wear OS watch and that you've selected Dashlane as your preferred credential provider.
Log in to Dashlane on Wear OS
Select Dashlane as your credential provider - Open the app you want to log in to.

If you only have one password or passkey saved for that app, we'll ask you whether you want to use it. Select Continue to log in.
If you have multiple logins for the app saved in Dashlane or you've saved a login using multiple credential managers, select the login you want to use. We'll log you in automatically.
Note: Not all apps currently let you log in on Wear OS using a credential manager like the Dashlane app. If you're having trouble logging in on Wear OS, check with the support team for the app you're trying to log in to.
View 2-factor authentication (2FA) tokens on your Wear OS watch
If you use Dashlane to store 2FA tokens, you can view the token on your Wear OS watch. Open Dashlane on your watch, and then find and select the login you've stored a 2FA token for. The token appears along with your username and the website for the login.
