Login list visibility is available for organizations with Dashlane Business and Business Plus plans that don’t use self-hosted SSO.
With login list visibility, you’ll see what business logins your plan members have stored in their vaults. You’ll see the login names and the date they were created. Login list visibility doesn't give you access to plan members’ passwords or other data types.
This feature is particularly helpful when offboarding members who are leaving your organization. You can check which business logins they need to share with other plan members before you remove them from the plan.
Offboard employees from your Dashlane plan
Prerequisites
- Admin access to a Dashlane Business or Business Plus plan
- A Dashlane plan that doesn’t use self-hosted SSO
- At least one of these features turned on for your plan:
Turn on login list visibility in the Admin Console
- Log in to the Admin Console
- Select Policies.
- Scroll down to Login list visibility and turn the policy on.
- After you turn on Login list visibility, go to the Users tab in the Admin Console, select the gear icon next to one of your members, and select View login list.
- You’ll see which websites the member has logins for and the date they were created.
Important: If your plan has Spaces, you’ll only see the plan member’s Business space logins.
Use Spaces to secure your professional plan - You can also select Export to CSV. Exporting lets you share the information with other admins or provide a list of logins that the member needs to share with team members before leaving the organization.
Common questions about login list visibility
Will I see all of the plan members’ login data?
Admins can only view the name of each login and the date it was created. Login list visibility doesn’t give you access to plan members’ passwords or other types of data.

If a team member is removed from the plan, can I still view their login list?
No, the admin can only view the login list of team members who are still part of the plan.
Will I see a new login in the Admin Console as soon as it’s added to the plan member’s vault?
Each new login will be visible in the Admin Console within 24 hours of the last time the plan member logged in to Dashlane.
