AI Phishing Alerts are available to organizations with Credential Protection.
AI Phishing Alerts are part of the enterprise-wide approach to credential security that we've embedded in the Dashlane Omnix platform. Admins can turn on AI Phishing Alerts for everyone in their organization, even employees who aren't using Dashlane.
AI Phishing Alerts warn employees when they access a suspicious website, even if they're logged out of Dashlane or don't have a Dashlane account. Dashlane uses AI Phishing Detection to analyze websites for suspicious patterns. Our AI model is trained to detect malicious websites and alert members of your organization the moment they land on one, while also giving you visibility over traffic to potential phishing sites at your organization.

How do AI Phishing Alerts work?
Dashlane’s AI Phishing Alerts use AI technology to detect suspicious sites and send employees alerts the moment they visit one—even if they’re not logged into Dashlane. As an admin, you’ll need to deploy the Dashlane browser extension and turn on AI Phishing Alerts in the Admin Console.
Our AI model uses 79 domain attributes—links, images, and more—to conduct an in-depth analysis of potential phishing risk and alert employees before they enter their credentials on suspicious sites.
Employees will see a pop-up with the URL of the site they’re visiting. If they don’t trust the site, they can select Leave website to exit the page. If they're sure the site is legitimate, they can select Trust website.

Common questions about AI Phishing Alerts
Do AI Phishing Alerts work on any website?
The AI Phishing Alerts are only shown on websites that you don’t have saved in your Dashlane vault. To protect the credentials saved in your account, we have Vault phishing alerts.
If Dashlane detects that you’re trying to autofill or copy and paste a website's login information on a website or app that isn't the same one you have saved, we show you a Vault phishing alert.
In which browsers and devices will I see the AI Phishing Alerts?
The AI Phishing Alerts are available on desktop devices with Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or any Chromium browser. At this time, AI Phishing Alerts aren’t available on desktop Safari or mobile devices.
Why am I seeing an AI Phishing Alert for a trusted website?
Given our zero-knowledge architecture, we don't access users’ data to train our AI model. If you receive an alert on a trusted website, you can select to trust the website on the alert. You won't see any more alerts for that website. Please also report this trusted website to our Support team. We can investigate the website to enhance our AI Phishing Detection capabilities.
If you need more help, select Chat with bot in the bottom right of this page.
If you own a website that is being wrongly flagged as phishing by Dashlane, please report it to our Support team.
Is my data secure when Dashlane’s AI scans the websites I visit?
Yes. The AI Phishing Detection is happening locally on your device, so Dashlane doesn’t have access to the websites you visit. Our zero-knowledge architecture ensures that no one, not even Dashlane, can access anyone's data.
