Where in Dashlane do I find my Identity Theft Insurance?
As a Premium Plus user, you do not need to perform any additional enrollment to benefit from this feature.
Your insurance automatically appears under Identity protection on your Identity Dashboard. There you will find a phone number to call, should you think your identity has been stolen.
What is identity theft, and what to do if your identity is stolen?
Identity theft is when your personal information, including credit card numbers or your Social Security number, are used to obtain new credit cards, loans or other benefits, to avoid criminal punishment, or simply to harm the person or their reputation.
Often the person whose identity has been stolen does not realize their personal and financial identity has been usurped until they see the consequences.
If you think your identity has been stolen:
Call the phone number under "Identity Theft Insurance by AIG" on your Identity Dashboard. The service is available in English, Spanish, and French.
As a Premium Plus customer, you do not need to take any additional steps to enroll in this benefit. When you file a claim, you will need to provide the email address you use to login to your Dashlane account to identify yourself and confirm your eligibility.
