If you have feedback about Dashlane, we want to hear from you.
In order to share feedback with our team, we ask that you use the Dashlane Portal, a website where you can share feedback directly with the Product team, see what feedback was shared by other Dashlane users, and vote for your favorite ideas.

What's in the Dashlane Portal
There are three tabs in the Dashlane Portal:
- Under consideration – Where new ideas are submitted and displayed
- Planned – Where ideas the Product team has decided to pursue are displayed
- Launched – Where features and ideas that were developed and released are displayed
The feedback we receive is regularly reviewed by our Product team. We'll do our best to let you know if your feedback is implemented.

Submit a new idea
Click on Submit idea in the top right corner, describe your idea and how important it is to you, fill in your email address, and click Submit.
You will be asked to confirm your email address via an email sent to your inbox.
As always, be sure to check your spam folder if the email does not show up.
Vote for your favorite ideas
Click on any idea that interests you, be it on the Under consideration, Planned, or even the Launched tab. Tell us how important this idea is to you.
Describe why the idea is important to you in as much detail as you can, fill in your email address, and click Submit.
You will be asked to confirm your email address via an email sent to your inbox.
As always, be sure to check your spam folder if the email does not show up.
See what's planned or has launched
Click on the Planned tab to check our current projects, or the Launched tab to see what was recently released. Remember, you can vote for your favorite ideas or features on these tabs as well.
