Dashlane provides services in multiple languages. You can browse our website and Help Center or use our chatbot in the supported language you're most comfortable with. You can also change the language as you browse some of the areas.
Dashlane app
The language you set for your browser or mobile device is the language the Dashlane app appears in. You can use Dashlane in these languages on all platforms:

Machine Learning Engine
The Dashlane Machine Learning Engine analyzes the fields and forms in the websites you visit. The engine supports these languages:

Corporate website
The corporate website at dashlane.com appears in your browser's default language when possible. You can change the language in the menu near the page footer. The corporate website is available in these languages:

Dashlane blog
The Dashlane blog offers resources, digital security tips, and product news from Dashlane and our expert cybersecurity partners. All blog posts are available in English, but some may also be available in French, German, or Spanish.
Help Center
In the Help Center, you can view articles with how-tos, videos, frequently asked questions, and information about Dashlane plans in four languages. All images with text are in English.
If you set your browser's default language to one of these languages, the Help Center automatically appears in that language. You can switch to a different language at the top of any page as you browse.

You can view video tutorials within some of our Help Center articles. You can also view the videos on our YouTube channel.

Most videos have an English voiceover, and many have closed captions. When translated closed captions are available, you can choose your preferred language. Turn on closed captions and select a language from the menu.

Customer support
Don't call any phone numbers you find online. We don't have a support phone number.
Never share your Master Password. We never ask for your Master Password or any login details.

To open the chatbot, select the Chat with bot iconin the lower-right corner of this window.
This icon is in the lower-right corner when viewing any page on this Help Center (support.dashlane.com). The chatbot isn't available in the Dashlane app.
When necessary, our chatbot can connect you with an agent.
Admin training and resources
All training is available in English. Some training may be available in French and German. Reach out to your Dashlane representative to schedule training.
Dashlane offers a Resource Library where you can learn about the steps, tools, and latest cybersecurity news to help your business.
