Dashlane provides services in multiple languages. You can browse our website and Help Center or connect with our Customer Support team in the supported language you're most comfortable with. You can also change the language as you browse some of the areas.

Dashlane app
The language you set for your browser or mobile device determines which language the Dashlane app appears in. You can currently use Dashlane in these 10 languages on all platforms:

- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Spanish
- Swedish
- Simplified Chinese
If you need to change your default language, visit the help site for your browser or mobile device. For example, visit Google Chrome Help to change the language in the Chrome browser. For Safari, change your default language in your computer's System Preferences.
Corporate website
The corporate website appears in your browser's default language when possible. You can change the language in the menu near the page footer. The corporate website is available in 11 languages:

Dashlane blog
The blog offers resources, digital security tips, and product news from expert cybersecurity partners. All posts appear in English. Some posts may be available in French, German, or Brazilian Portuguese.
If a post is available in another language, select the link near the title.
Help Center
The Help Center appears in your browser's default language when possible. View articles with how-tos, videos, frequently asked questions, and information about Dashlane plans. All images with text are in English.
You can also use these links to open the Help Center in four languages:

Customer Support
Dashlane Customer Support agents are ready to help you with any issue and answer your questions. We offer support in three languages: English, French, and German. You can use email and chat to get help and information.
Email support
Customer Support agents respond to support requests in English, French, and German seven days a week.
When you submit a request, provide as many details as you can. Someone from the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Live chat support
We provide live chat support in English, French, and German, Monday–Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. During those hours, select the chat icon near the page footer in an article to start a session.
Important! Dashlane Customer Support never asks for your Master Password or any of your login details. We recommend that you never provide this information to anyone. Your Master Password is your personal key and safeguards your security and personal information.
Video tutorials
You can view video tutorials within some of our Help Center articles. You can also view the videos on our YouTube channel.
Most videos have an English voiceover, and many have closed captions in English, French, German, and Spanish. When translated closed captions are available, you can choose your preferred language.
Be sure to turn on closed captions and select a language from the menu.
Business training
Dashlane offers a Resource Library where you can learn about the steps, tools, and latest cybersecurity news to help your business.
You can reach out to your Dashlane representative to schedule training. Some training is available in English, French, and German.
