The only way to stop receiving all emails from Dashlane is to delete your account. Deleting your Dashlane account erases all your data, including logins and any personal information linked to your account. This process also erases all financial data associated with the account.

If you're still receiving emails from Dashlane, you might have reset your account or canceled your plan instead of deleting your account. Our Terms of Service require us to send certain notifications to all customers with an active account, including those unsubscribed from our mailing list.

If you reset your account instead of deleting your account, you still have an active account. If you want to stop receiving these emails after resetting your account, follow these steps:

You can stop marketing emails from Dashlane by unsubscribing from our emails in the Dashlane web app.

Important: We'll still send you necessary emails about important updates to your Dashlane account or apps.

In the web app, open the Vault menu in the top left of the app and select Settings.
Select Account summary.
In the View your data and privacy settings section, select Edit.
Clear the checkbox for I'd like to receive emails with tips and special offers for Dashlane.

Note: If you're the admin of a professional plan, you can also choose what type of messages you receive instead of unsubscribing entirely. You can choose between all updates, only messages regarding product updates and new features, or only messages regarding promotions and offers.
Select Save settings.
