You can securely share multiple items with other people who use Dashlane.
The steps provided throughout this article also apply to when you share items with members in professional plans and the sharing groups created by admins.
Share multiple logins, Secure Notes, and secrets in the web app
For secrets and Secure Notes, you can choose from three permission levels because you can't autofill the information for either item type. Secrets are available only to admins and members of organizations with Password Management.

In the Sharing Center section, select Share item. Or go to Logins, Secure Notes, or Secrets and select Share item in the top left of the page.

Select the checkboxes next to the items you want to share. After you select items in one tab, such as Logins, select another tab to select more items. You can also search for an item name. Then select Next.
Secure Notes with attachments won’t appear in the list to choose from.
Tip: Use the SHIFT key to select multiple items in order. Select the first item in the list, hold the SHIFT key, and then select the last item. All items between the first and last items are automatically selected.

In the How do you want to share pop-up, select Use Dashlane.

Enter or select the email address of the person or people you want to share with who also have Dashlane accounts.
To share items with a person for the first time, enter the person's full email address and select Add new contact. The person appears in the contact list only after the first share.
- Select Next.
- Choose the permission level and then select Share:
- Full access
- Can edit
- Can view

- In the side menu of your Dashlane Android app, open the Sharing Center.

On the Sharing Center screen, open the Content tab and select Share at the bottom of the screen.

On the Select items to share screen, select the checkboxes next to the items you want to share. Select Share with.

To share items with a person for the first time, enter the person's full email address. The person appears in the contact list only after the first share.
- Select Confirm.
- On the Select permission level screen, choose the permission level:
- Full access
- Can edit

- Select Share. A success message appears.

To see who items are shared with, open an item to see the details. In the Shared access section, select View all to see who has access and their permission. You can also see who hasn't accepted your invitation yet.

- Select Tools in the bottom menu and then select Sharing.

On the Sharing screen, select the plus (+) icon in the top right of the screen to create a new share.

On the New share screen, select the items you want to share and select Next.

- On the item's details screen, select the right-pointing arrow in the Shared access section.
