Dashlane processes renewals a day or two early to prevent your subscription from expiring. This early start ensures your account stays active even if a payment issue occurs.
As an admin of a Dashlane professional plan, you can find your next billing date in the Admin Console.
- Log in to the Dashlane browser extension and open the Admin Console
- Select the Admin Console menu in the top left of the Admin Console, then select Account summary.
- Your Renew date appears on that page.
On the renewal date, Dashlane automatically renews the account with the current number of seats and bills you for the renewal of your subscription.
