Premium access to the Hotspot Shield VPN comes with paid subscriptions to Dashlane Premium and the admin account of paid subscriptions to Dashlane Friends & Family. The VPN isn't included in free trials of Premium plans.

If your Dashlane plan comes with the Hotspot Shield VPN, but you're not seeing the Premium subscription, you can sometimes fix the problem by following these steps:
- Sign out of Hotspot Shield.
- Sign back into Hotspot Shield. Make sure you use the Hotspot Shield login and password that you created in the Dashlane app.

Steps for setting up Hotspot Shield in Dashlane - If the first two steps don't fix your problem, contact Hotspot Shield's support team using their support contact form. Make sure to include "Premium customer" in the subject of your message for faster service.
Some subscription details don't match
If other Hotspot Shield subscription details, like the dates, don't match your current subscription, please contact us or Hotspot Shield directly to analyze the reason.
