Dashlane might not work in China due to Chinese data privacy laws.
If you're getting an error message that's similar to "Something went wrong," try these steps to solve the problem.

Update your Dashlane app. We deactivate older versions of our apps.

If you're a member of a professional plan, check with your plan admin to see if the plan has been frozen. If the plan is frozen, you can't log in until it's unfrozen by the admin.
- If you continue to get the error, try uninstalling and reinstalling Dashlane:

Warning! If you have a passwordless account, make sure you're logged in on at least one other device or have access to an account recovery key before uninstalling. Otherwise, you could lose access to your data.

Important: Uninstalling Dashlane turns off certain settings. You'll need to turn these settings back on again after reinstalling:
- Biometric unlock for Android | Biometric unlock for iPhone | Biometric unlock for the web app
- PIN unlock for the web app
- Biometric recovery for Android and iOS (Apple)
Admin-assisted recovery won't be turned off, but you'll need to authenticate your device again to use this feature. Your account recovery key remains valid.

If you're using the Dashlane web app on your computer, make sure you have the most recent version of your browser. The latest version usually includes new features and improvements, so updating can sometimes help fix problems encountered when using our app with earlier browser versions.
