Depending on your settings and device, you can unlock Dashlane with your face, fingerprint, or security key. You can also use a PIN—alone or as a backup for Face ID or Touch ID.
If an unlock method doesn’t work, update Dashlane to the latest version.
If one of these unlock methods doesn’t work, reset it.

Turn off the feature where you use Dashlane.

- Turn off the feature in the settings of your computer or mobile device.
- Restart your device.
- Turn the feature back on in your device settings.
- Turn the feature back on in your Dashlane settings.
If an unlock method still doesn’t work, use your Master Password instead. When we ask for your face, fingerprint, or PIN, select Use Master Password.
