Stop receiving all emails from Dashlane
The only way to stop receiving all emails from Dashlane is to delete your account. Deleting your Dashlane account erases all your data, including logins and any personal information linked to your account. This process also erases all financial data associated with the account.
I think I deleted my account, but I'm still receiving emails from Dashlane
If you're still receiving emails from Dashlane, you might have reset your account or canceled your plan instead of deleting your account. Our Terms of service require us to send certain notifications to all customers with an active account, including those unsubscribed from our mailing list.
If you reset your account instead of deleting your account, you still have an active account. If you want to stop receiving these emails after resetting your account, follow these steps:
- Recreate your account using the same login email address where you receive the emails
- Delete the account that you just created
Stop receiving marketing emails from Dashlane
You can stop marketing emails from Dashlane by unsubscribing from our emails in the Dashlane web app.
Important: We'll still send you necessary emails about important updates to your Dashlane account or apps.
- In the web app, open the My account menu and select Settings.
- Select Account summary.
- In the View your data and privacy settings section, select Edit.
- Clear the checkbox for I'd like to receive emails with tips and special offers for Dashlane.
- Select Save settings.
