This process can solve problems like trouble logging in on a specific device or platform, inability to delete items in Dashlane, issues syncing your Dashlane apps, and more.
Only use these steps if you haven't found another solution to your problem. During this process, you'll secure your data temporarily in a new Dashlane account, reset and recreate your original account, and then restore your data in your recreated account.
- Move your Dashlane data to a new account. The easiest way to move your data is to export to a secure DASH file and then import the file to the new account. If you're unable to export your data using a DASH file, you can move your data using secure sharing.
