Dashlane is compatible with the following operating systems:
macOS and Mac OS X

The last working version for Snow Leopard (10.6) is Dashlane 1.9 and it needs to be used in Safari. Dashlane will not work in Firefox or Chrome on Snow Leopard. Also, it does not include all our newest features, such as Sharing and Emergency.
The last working version for Lion (10.7) and Mountain Lion (10.8) is Dashlane 3.5.3.
The last working version for Mavericks (10.9) is Dashlane 4.1.2.
The last working version for Yosemite (10.10) is Dashlane 4.8.4.

The current version of Dashlane requires at least Android 4.0.
Dashlane is also compatible with the Barnes & Noble Nook. You will find the app directly on Google Play.
Dashlane is also compatible with Linux and Chromebooks.
Unfortunately, Dashlane does not work on Windows Mobile, Windows RT, Blackberry or Amazon Kindle.
Supported Browsers on Windows and macOS
Note that Dashlane may not work on alpha, beta or nightly versions of these browsers. We do our best to support beta versions of these browsers, but if you experience any issue with Dashlane on an alpha, beta or nightly browser build, please consider installing the release version of your favorite browser to use Dashlane.
On Windows and macOS, Dashlane works in Firefox from version 38 to the latest public version of Firefox. You can learn how to update Firefox here.
If you are still running Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6), note that Dashlane will not work for you in Firefox. Please upgrade your macOS version for free in order to install the current version of Dashlane and use it in Firefox.
On Windows, the Dashlane extension works both in Firefox 32-bit and Firefox 64-bit.
On macOS, in order to use Dashlane in this browser, Firefox must be launched in 64-bit mode. Make sure that the Open in 32-bit mode option is not checked in the information of the Firefox application. If the Dashlane icon is grayed out in Firefox, then open your Applications folder, right-click on Firefox, select Get Info in the right-click menu, make sure the Open in 32-bit mode option is not checked. Lastly, restart Firefox.
Dashlane works in Safari on macOS from version 6.1 to the latest public release.
Safari on Windows is not supported.
On Windows, Dashlane works in Chrome from version 37 to its latest public version. On macOS, Dashlane works in Chrome from version 39 to its latest public version. You can learn how to update Chrome here.
If you are running Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6), note that Dashlane does not work in Chrome 42 and later. Please upgrade your version of Mac OS X for free in order to install the current version of Dashlane and use it in Chrome 42 and later.
Dashlane works in Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 and 11.
Internet Explorer must be launched in 32-bit mode, no matter if you are using Windows in 64-bit or 32-bit mode. Note that you can perfectly use a 64-bit version of Windows and run Internet Explorer in 32-bit mode (which is Internet Explorer's default mode in Windows).
Important: There is no extension for Internet Explorer's full screen mode (also named immersive mode) because this special mode of Internet Explorer does not support browser extensions. Please switch to the desktop mode of Internet Explorer in order to use Dashlane.
Dashlane works in Edge from version 40 to its latest public version. If needed, you should be able to download the latest Windows update - and thus the latest Edge version - via this link).
Dashlane for iOS
Dashlane for iOS is compatible with iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, iPod Touch, iPad Air, iPad Pro and iPad Mini.
The current version of Dashlane requires at least iOS 10. If you are running a prior version of iOS, please consider upgrading your iOS version to the most recent one.
Dashlane for Android
Dashlane for Android requires at least Android 4.0 and it can be downloaded directly from the Google Play Store here.
If your device uses an older version of Android, please contact your manufacturer's support or go to their website to see if your Android can be upgraded to version 4 or higher.
Access your account on any computer using the Web app
You can use our Web app on any computer or device using the browser of your choice. Note that the Web app is launched directly inside your browser and is completely independent from the application which can be installed on your computer or mobile device.
Visit our website and click on Log in in the top right corner of the page.

On the Web app, you can:
- View/edit all your logins and passwords and your secure notes – requires synchronization to be enabled, which is part of Dashlane Premium,
- View/edit your payment methods
- View all the authorized devices that can access your account, and revoke any of them,
- Manage your Dashlane plan, upgrade from Free to Premium, update your billing information and download your invoices for your Dashlane subscription,
- Invite people from Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and share your referral link on Facebook and Twitter,
- View a summary of all the invitations you have previously sent.
Important: It is not yet possible to access your ID data or your Receipts, on the Web app, even with a Premium account.
