Your Master Password is what unlocks your Dashlane account. Only you know your Master Password, and it is never shared with or stored by Dashlane.
If you've set up Dashlane on your Android or iOS device to unlock your account with biometrics, you can turn on a setting that will let you reset your Master Password using your fingerprint, Touch ID, or Face ID. If you ever forget your Master Password, this is the only way to regain access to your account without losing your data.
Biometric reset is also available for the new Safari app.
