If your PIN isn't working, you can reset it by turning off PIN unlock and turning it back on with a new PIN. You'll need your Master Password to do this.
- When opening Dashlane, enter an incorrect PIN three times. We'll then ask for your Master Password.
- Log in with your Master Password.

Go to your security settings and turn off PIN unlock.
- Turn on PIN unlock again
- Enter and confirm a new PIN.
PIN unlock is different from a passwordless account protected by a PIN. If you have a passwordless account, you don't have a Master Password to fall back on. You'll need to use our security challenge or a QR code from another device where you're logged in to Dashlane, or use your account recovery key.
