If you're having trouble importing your data from another password manager into Dashlane, you can download our CSV template and move your data manually.

Paste the data from each column in the CSV file you exported into the matching column of the Dashlane CSV template.
Put extra columns from the exported CSV after the collections column in the Dashlane CSV template. Information from the extra columns will be imported to the login's Note section.
Example when moving your data from Bitwarden
Paste this column from the Bitwarden CSV Into this column from the Dashlane CSV template folder collections favorite Create a new column after the collections column type Type name name notes note fields Create a new column after the favorite column reprompt Create a new column after the favorite column login_user username login_uri url login_password password login_totp totp - For every row in the Type column, enter "Login" or "Secure Note".
