Log in to Dashlane with your security key in your web browser
I've never logged in to Dashlane in this browser:
- Install the Dashlane browser extension in your Chrome or Edge browser
- Open Dashlane in your Chrome or Edge web browser
-
Enter your Dashlane login email address and select Next.
A new tab opens to perform a security check, which helps prevent phishing. This check confirms the request is genuine, so attackers can't fake the process or trick you into a login on a fake website.
If the page doesn't load or takes too long to load, turn off your ad blocker or VPN, or add Dashlane to your allowlist. You can also try a private window, a different browser, a different device, or a different network.
-
You'll see a screen asking for a verification code. Instead of entering a code, select Log in another way and then Use a security key.
-
Follow the instructions from your device to log in with your security key. You'll be asked to enter your security key PIN or to use biometrics to verify your identity. You'll also be asked to touch the key.
