Open our chatbot
Open the bot, enter the email address you use to log in to Dashlane to verify your account, and then describe your issue. The bot will try to help you.

Connect with a support agent if needed
If you’re on an active plan or trial, the chatbot can connect you with an agent. Otherwise, agent access is available only in specific circumstances.
Chat with an agent in English, French, German, or Spanish, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM ET. At other times, our chatbot sends your issue to support, and an agent will reach out to you at the email address you provide.
Be ready to provide the device, app, or browser you're using, steps you tried, and any error messages you've encountered.

Never share your Master Password with Dashlane or anyone else. Dashlane provides phone support numbers only for admins of organizations with Credential Protection, and only through the Admin Console.
