Depending on how the website is designed, Dashlane might not be able to detect the fields needed to successfully log you in or might redirect you to the wrong part of a website.
If you experience an issue, follow these steps:
- Open the login where you have an issue.
- Click in the Website field and paste the exact web address of the login page.
- Select Save.
- Open the website again.
If the auto-login still doesn't work as expected or Dashlane still tries to log you in when you don't want to, clear the checkbox for Auto-login. You can turn on the setting again later if the website updates its interface.
