You can move your Dashlane data to a new account anytime. You can transfer your subscription to the account for all paid plans except Dashlane Friends & Family. If you have Friends & Family, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your plan and transfer your subscription to your new account when your current plan ends.
Move your data and subscription to a new account
If you're a member of a Dashlane Starter, Team, or Business plan through your organization, check with your plan admin before moving your account.
- Export your data to a DASH file
- Log out of Dashlane
- Create a new Dashlane account
- Import the DASH file to your new account
- If you subscribe to a paid plan like Advanced or Premium, contact Customer Support to let us know you created a new account so we can move your subscription benefits.
Important: Email us at support@dashlane.com from the email address of your original account, or be prepared to answer a few security questions. We need to verify that you own the subscription before moving it to another account.
