You can change the way you pay for Dashlane anytime. The process for changing your payment info depends on where you paid for Dashlane—our website, the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store.
I don't know where I paid for Dashlane
I paid on the Dashlane website with a credit card
When you pay for Dashlane on our website with a credit card, your card is added automatically to your subscription page in our app. You can change the credit card associated with your account anytime.

In the Dashlane web app, select the Vault menu in the top left of the app, and then select Subscription.

Select Update payment method.
Important: If you paid for Dashlane using PayPal or in the Google Play or Apple App stores, you won't have this option. You need to view and update your billing info directly in PayPal or in your app store.
- Enter the information for the card you want to use and select Save. Your subscription page shows the new card.
Tip: If you're having trouble updating your payment method in the web app, make sure you've turned off your VPN.
Can I delete my credit card information?
You can't delete a card from the subscription section of the web app. We delete your card information automatically when you cancel your subscription.
I paid with PayPal or in the Google Play or Apple App stores
You need to change your payment information directly with the company you used to pay for Dashlane:
- Add a payment card to PayPal
- Update your card expiration date in PayPal
- Update billing info in Google Play
- Update billing info with Apple
Note: You can no longer pay for new Dashlane plans with PayPal.
