If logins or other items appear in one app but are missing in another, you might not be logged in with the same account in both places. This article explains how to check which account you're logged in with on the different Dashlane apps.
Note: If you're certain you're logged in with the same account in all your apps, you're probably having a problem syncing your data.
Solve problems with syncing your data
Check the account you're logged in with on the web app
- Select the Dashlane D in your browser toolbar to open the extension.
- In the pop-up, select More in the toolbar.
- Your login email appears below the toolbar.

Check the account you're logged in with on the Android app
In the Dashlane app, select the three parallel lines to open the side menu. Your login email address appears at the top of the side menu.
Check the account you're logged in with on Apple devices
You can check which account you're logged in with on the Dashlane iPhone, iPad, or macOS apps.
If you're using the Dashlane iPhone app, go to Settings in the Dashlane app. Your login email address appears at the bottom of the Settings screen above your version number.
If you're using the Dashlane macOS or iPad app, select the gear icon above the left menu in the Dashlane app. Your login email address appears at the bottom of the Settings pop-up above your version number.
