If logins or other items appear in one app but are missing in another, you might not be logged in with the same account in both places. This article explains how to check which account you're logged in with in the different Dashlane apps.
Note: If you're certain you're logged in with the same account in all your apps, you're probably having a problem syncing your data.
Solve problems with syncing your data
Check the account you're logged in with in the web app
Select the Dashlane D in your browser toolbar to open the extension. Then select More. You'll see your login email at the top of the extension pop-up.
Not seeing the Dashlane D? Find the Dashlane extension
Check the account you're logged in with in the Android app
Select the three parallel lines to open the side menu. Your login email address appears at the top of the menu.
Check the account you're logged in with on Apple devices
If you're using the Dashlane iOS or macOS app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac computer, go to your settings in the Dashlane app. Your login email address appears at the bottom of the settings pop-up above your version number.
