In the unfortunate event that a Dashlane account holder has died or become incapacitated, you may want to manage their Dashlane account in a number of ways.
If you know the Master Password and the login email address, you can manage the account as the account holder would:
If you're trying to log in to the account but don't know the Master Password, we're sorry to say that there's nothing we can do to help you.
For a passwordless account, check if the account holder is still logged in to Dashlane on any of their devices. You'll need their PIN code if they're still logged in on a mobile device or in the macOS app. If they're still logged in to the web app, you can open their Dashlane account without their PIN code.
If you're trying to delete the account, cancel the subscription, or request a refund and don't have the Master Password, select Chat with bot in the bottom right of this page.
Please describe your issue to the Support team. You'll need to provide power of attorney or a death certificate.
When asked for your email address, enter the email associated with the account.
