You need access to the inbox for your contact email address so that Dashlane can send verification codes to that address. These codes are used to check your identity when you change your Master Password, add new devices to Dashlane, or use your account recovery key.
If you can no longer access your account to change your email address, you can get help from our support chatbot, Dashy. To start a conversation, select the chat iconin the bottom-right corner. After entering your login email address, follow the prompts and briefly describe your issue.
