The process for finding receipts and payment history for a personal Dashlane plan depends on where you paid for Dashlane—our website, the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store.

I don't know where I paid for Dashlane

I paid for my subscription on the Dashlane website

If you paid for Dashlane on our website, you can view and download receipts in the web app.

1. Log in to the web app
2. Open the Vault menu in the top left of the app.
3. Select Subscription.
4. In the Billing history section, select View receipts.
5. Select the download icon, shown as an arrow and a box, to download a receipt. You can also add billing information to the receipt before downloading when you select Add details. Then select Save and download.

I paid for my subscription in the Google Play or Apple App Store

If you paid for your subscription in the Google Play or Apple App stores, you need to view and update your billing info directly with the company you used to pay for Dashlane:
