The process for finding receipts and payment history for a personal Dashlane plan depends on where you paid for Dashlane—our website, the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store.
I don't know where I paid for Dashlane
I paid for my subscription on the Dashlane website
If you paid for Dashlane on our website with a credit card or PayPal, you can view and download receipts in the web app.
- Go to the My account menu in the web app and select Subscription.
- In the Billing history section, select View receipts.
- Select the download icon, shown as an arrow and a box, to download a receipt. You can also add billing information to the receipt before downloading when you select Add details. Then select Save and download.
I paid for my subscription in the Google Play or Apple App Store
