How many admins can my organization add to a Dashlane Standard account?
Dashlane Standard includes 10 seats at a fixed rate of $240/240€ annually. You can add as many admins as you need. Dashlane recommends having at least two admins to keep the account secure.
If you want to add more seats, your organization needs to upgrade to Dashlane Business. Dashlane Business provides admins with the features and functions to manage large teams.
Which payment methods are available?
You can purchase Dashlane Standard with a credit or debit card.
Can we try Dashlane Standard with a free trial?
No. Free trials are available only with the Dashlane Business plan.
What happens if we purchase Dashlane Standard after a Business trial?
Your organization has the option to purchase either Standard or Business at the end of your trial. If you set any custom policies or made changes to features that aren't included in Standard, your account will revert to Standard's default settings upon purchase.
Your customizations won't be “lost," but won't be accessible. If your organization decides to purchase the Business plan, the changes made before purchasing Standard will reappear in your Business account.

How does the billing and renewal process work?
Dashlane Standard includes 10 seats at a fixed rate of $240/240€ annually, renewing automatically at the end of your billing period.
Dashlane sends a notification 30 days before the annual renewal date with the associated cost. You’ll also receive notifications in the Admin Console.
The payment method used for the initial purchase will be charged automatically for the renewal unless updated beforehand. You can update your billing info in the Admin Console anytime.
Can we upgrade from Dashlane Standard to Dashlane Business in the middle of our billing cycle?
Yes, you can upgrade to Dashlane Business from the Admin Console. Dashlane Business provides the features and functions that admins need to manage large teams.
When you upgrade, you keep any data you've saved in your Dashlane account.

Yes, existing Team and Business customers can downgrade to Dashlane Standard by contacting the Support team. The downgrade option isn’t self-serve at this time.
Can we cancel Dashlane Standard anytime?
Yes, you can request to cancel in the Admin Console before the renewal goes through. A support ticket will automatically be opened and the Support team will assist in stopping your renewal.
