As a Dashlane professional plan admin, you can track your organization’s activity in the Admin Console, where dedicated tabs provide specific insights. The Admin Console helps you monitor and manage your entire organization's online security.
Admin Console activity tracking
- Insights Dashboard is where you can see Vault insights, including your plan's overall Password Health score, the number of logins stored in all the accounts that are part of your plan, and other security risks.
- Activity Log is where you find complete, detailed, and filtered information about all plan member activity in your professional plan. The Activity Log tracks all the activity for the past 15 months, and you can export the activity in a CSV file.
- Dark Web Insights is where you identify vulnerabilities across all employees in an organization, even employees who don't have a Dashlane account. The tool monitors the dark web for employee email addresses to identify domain-wide breaches and for compromised organization information.
Advanced tracking for the Omnix platform
The Omnix platform provides extra activity logs for Credential Protection features like Credential Risk Detection and AI Phishing Alerts. You can see these logs in the Activity Log tab and in dedicated insights pages in the Admin Console.
- Insights Dashboard delivers a unified view of Credential Protection and Vault insights, complete with actionable data covering all employees. You can monitor credential and phishing risks, from detection to user response, and continuously improve your organization's security.
- Credential Risk Detection insights help you monitor information about weak and compromised passwords entered in company-managed desktop browsers.
- Phishing alerts insights show you how many members have been alerted about phishing and who's most at risk for entering login info on suspicious websites.
