When is the price changing?
Dashlane will send an email in advance of your plan renewal, starting with plans scheduled to renew on or after March 20, 2026.
The emails will be sent to either the billing contact or to all plan admins. Changes will reflect in the Admin Console closer to your plan renewal date.
Why haven’t I received an email about this?
Emails about changes to the renewal price discount or the Team plan base price will be sent to either your plan’s billing contact or to all admins no more than 45 days before your renewal date. If you haven’t received an email, contact your plan’s billing contact or other plan admins to confirm if they have received it. In addition to this email, you'll receive the usual renewal reminder emails.

Do I need to do anything?
For automatic renewals, you don’t need to do anything. The new price will apply automatically. If you pay by invoice, reach out to your contact at Dashlane or our Support team to arrange invoicing for your next payment before your renewal date.
What are my other options?

- Splunk integration: Integrate team Activity Logs with Splunk, a security information and event management (SIEM) tool.
If you have a Team or Omnix Password Management plans, the Omnix Enterprise plan includes all the features in the Omnix Password Management plan, plus the features in Credential Protection:
- AI Phishing Alerts: Warns employees when they access a suspicious website, even if they're logged out of Dashlane or don't have a Dashlane account.
