If you use a Mac computer, you can install the Dashlane macOS app for your desktop from the Apple App Store. When you install the macOS app, you also install the Dashlane extension for your Safari browser. You can use the macOS app alongside the extension.

The Dashlane macOS app opens in its own window on your desktop, not in a browser tab. The Dashlane macOS app workflows resemble the Dashlane iPad app workflows.
The Dashlane macOS app gives you access to your saved data and other features. Apple's limitations mean you still need the Safari extension for autofill to work, even with the macOS app installed. The extension includes the same autofill improvements available on Chrome and Firefox, with an Apple-native experience.
