Note: You can't require a Master Password to open items if you log in with single sign-on (SSO). For passwordless accounts protected by a PIN or a security key, item protection is only available on mobile for Secure Notes when you have biometrics like your face and fingerprint turned on.

Passwordless login for Dashlane
You can protect a login, Secure Note, or secret so that it asks for your Master Password, or your face, or fingerprint every time it's copied, viewed, or autofilled — even if your device is already unlocked. You can protect items one at a time, or protect all your logins at once.
If you have just turned on item protection for a login, Secure Note, or secret, you aren't asked to authenticate to unlock your protected items for a period of five minutes.
