If you paid for Dashlane on our website with a credit card, you’ll see your billing information in the web app. Select the My account menu and then Subscription, and you’ll see the credit card you used to pay for Dashlane.
If you have a paid Dashlane plan but didn't pay on our website with a credit card, you'll see a message on the subscription page of the web app that tells you how you paid. The message tells you whether you paid with PayPal, in the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet, or in the Apple App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac computer.
You won't see payment information on the subscription page if you currently have a Dashlane Free plan or if you're on a free trial of a paid plan.
Tip: You can also try searching your email for your Dashlane receipt, which might contain information about how you paid. Any receipts we send you go to your contact email address, which may not be the same as your Dashlane login email or the email you use for PayPal, Google Play, or the Apple App Store.
