In certain situations, login problems are related to the specific device or browser you're using. If you can log in to Dashlane on one device or browser but not another, take these steps to solve the problem:

Uninstall and reinstall the Dashlane app on the device that isn't working
If you have an account protected by a Master Password, you can safely uninstall and reinstall the app without losing any of your information.
Warning! If you have a passwordless account, make sure you're logged in on at least one other device or have access to an account recovery key before uninstalling. Otherwise, you could lose access to your data.
What happens if I'm logged out of my passwordless account on all devices?When you add data to Dashlane, like a login or a Secure Note, the data is sent from your app to our servers. We store the data on our servers. Your data is always "encrypted" before it's stored on our servers. That means no one can access your data, not even Dashlane employees.
