If you're having problems paying for your Dashlane subscription on our website or updating your payment method in the web app, try these steps:
- Make sure you've installed the Dashlane extension and logged in before paying or updating your payment method
- Try using a different web browser or an incognito window
- Turn off your VPN if you're using one
- Make sure the time settings on your computer or phone are correct
- Try a different payment card if possible
If you're still having problems, you can get help through our support chatbot. Open the chatbot by selecting the Chat with bot icon, shown as a speech bubble, at the bottom of any Help Center page. In the chatbot, follow the prompts and briefly describe your issue. A support ticket will be opened, and you'll be contacted by email.
