Dashlane no longer sells Starter or Team plans. If you already have a Starter or Team plan, you can keep and renew your current plan. Or you can upgrade to Business. You can also upgrade to Dashlane Business Plus if your organization has 100 employees or more.
As an admin, you can find everything you need to know about billing in the Account section of the Admin Console. The Account Summary tab shows you how many seats you bought for your plan and the type of professional plan you have.

When are professional plans renewed?
The Dashlane Starter plan renews monthly. Dashlane Standard, Team, Business, and Business Plus plans renew annually. The next renewal date appears at the top of the Account summary page. The renewal date matches the date of the first purchase for Standard, Team, Business, and Business Plus plans and the date your account was created for Starter plans.
What happens if I add more seats before the end of my billing period?
With the Starter and Standard plan, you have 10 seats available, and we bill you the same amount whether you use the seats or not. If you try to purchase more than 10 licenses, we'll ask you to first upgrade to the Business plan. You can also upgrade to the Business plan at any time.
If you purchase extra seats during the plan period, we'll bill you proportionally for the days remaining until your next renewal.
On renewal day, will I be billed for each empty seat in my account?
Yes. Your plan renews at the full seat count.
If you want to remove seats from your Dashlane account, a plan admin must contact us before the renewal date to prevent any unwanted charges. Admins of professional plans can contact an agent directly through the Admin Console or use the chatbot.

Will my renewal date change if I change my professional plan?
If you have a Starter, Standard, or Team plan, you can upgrade to Dashlane Business at any time in the Admin Console. Your renewal date will change to the date that you upgraded. You can also upgrade to Dashlane Business Plus if your organization has 100 employees or more.
If you have Dashlane Business, you can downgrade to Standard by contacting support. You will be downgraded on your renewal date, so your renewal date will stay the same as before.
Are Dashlane plans taxed?
Any taxes that Dashlane collects from you are listed on your invoice. That amount depends on many factors, including your address, country, plan, and time of purchase.
