For the fastest access to a live agent, log in to the Dashlane browser extension and open the Admin Console. From the menu in the top-left corner, select Contact Support to view your available options.
The Help Center, email, and chat are available in English, French, German, and Spanish. Zoom calls and phone support are available in English only. Live chat, screen shares, and phone support are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET.
Never share your Master Password with Dashlane or anyone else. Dashlane provides phone support numbers only for admins of organizations with Credential Protection, and only through the Admin Console.
