After you turn on 2-factor authentication (2FA), we ask for a token from your authenticator app when you log in to Dashlane. Depending on the 2FA options you selected, we ask every time you log in or only when you log in from a new device.
Important: If you use your authenticator app and Dashlane on different devices, set both devices to the same time. 2FA tokens usually expire every 30 seconds, and time differences between your devices can cause issues.
2FA for your Dashlane account is only available for accounts protected by a Master Password.
